This is our recommended treatment schedule for Psoriasis, and other dry and scaly skin conditions. It may sound a bit like hard work but at the end of the day it will really pay off. This schedule is based on the research done in the Dead Sea as well as personal and customer feedback. This pack contains everything that you will need for a four week course, obviously depending on the areas and severity of the condition. Please bear in mind that the starting condition of the skin varies so much depending on steroid use, diet, age and lifestyle. There may be at least two weeks before any noticable improvement in the condition of the skin but some relief will be very fast. Though Psoriasis is not a curable condition, we are very sure that this combination of products will bring some easing of the syptoms. Please do try whilst on this program to make sure you drink enough water, eat well and get as much rest and stress relief as possible. All of these will help to speed the body's own healing.

Stage One Products:
1.2kgs jar of Dead Sea salt (this is FREE....First bath on us!)
1X25kg Sack of Dead Sea Salt.
Use:
For the first week, every other day, a Dead Sea salt bath. This needs to be with at least 1.2kg of Salt added to warm (not hot) water. Stay in for at least 20mins, then shower off any residue. The 1.2kg container will be provided with salt to be refilled from the sack of 25kgs also provided. This can then be reduced to a bath twice a week for the duration of the treatment.
Stage Two products:
4X600g pouches of Dead Sea Natural Mud with Aloe Vera
4XThermo blankets.
Use:
Once a week, warm as directed on the packet, one sachet of Dead Sea Mud. Ideally, this is a treatment best done at night right before bed as it can be quite powerful. The minerals can make you tired and sleepy, which is not a good thing in the morning!Apply to clean dry skin, ideally after your Dead Sea Bath(leave the water in the bath, and use to rinse the mud off after treatment). Unwrap the Thermo blanket and lay out where you feel comfortable. Apply the mud in a thin even layer over the parts affected or all over. Lie down and fold the thermo blanket around to seal in the heat and keep the area clean. RELAX! You may feel hot but the sweating process helps with the absorbtion of the minerals and the detoxification of the body. After 20-40 mins, slip (not literall!y!!)back to your salty bath, and rinse but stay in the water for around ten more mins. Shower off well and it is you who is in charge of the bathroom cleaning, rinse the bath at the same time!!! Dispose of the thermo blanket. Then move to next step.
Stage Three products:
Alocado™ pSolution Triple Action Ointment.
Uses:
For extremely dry and rough skin apply Alocado™ pSolution Ointment 1-3 times a day to areas that are persistently dry, irritated and scaly, massaging gently into the skin until the ointment is absorbed. Especially beneficial when applied after bathing or exposure to sunshine to give the skin additional moisture.

Stage Four Maintenance:
As maintance, a Weekly to twice weekly bath with half a jar of salt, and Mud packs every two weeks should keep up the good results. The PsoHerba because it is not a medication, can be used freely for as long and as often as wanted.
